Account Manager Instore Communication & Shopping Experience


This is your chance to be part of the global market leader in instore communication. As Account Manager you are responsible for the Belgian franchise market. Your customers are food retailers, including Delhaize, Carrefour and Spar store owners. You visit these franchisers on location regularly and advise them on a better shopping experience for their customers and the use of innovative and sustainable merchandising solutions. Working together with the Key Account Manager who is the end responsible for the these retail accounts.

Job description

As an Account Manager you focus on retail food store owners of Belgian supermarkets such as Delhaize, Spar and Carrefour.

Your responsibilities include:

  • independent customer management of a franchise portfolio, located throughout Belgium
  • advise store owners and branch managers regarding merchandising solutions, instore communication and (semi-permanent) displays
  • supporting the Key Account Managers in the development of larger roll outs

Job requirements

The Account Manager Instore Communication & Shopping Experience that we are looking for has:

  • fluent speaking and writing skills in Dutch, French and English
  • work experience as an Account Executive, (Junior) Sales Manager or (Junior) Account Manager or Sales Executive, preferably within Delhaize or Carrefour
  • a network in the Belgian retail food franchise landscape

In addition you take with you:

  • a bachelor's degree in commercial economics or business administration
  • sales driven personality
  • own initiative: you are a self-starter who organizes his or her own workload
  • a healthy portion of wanderlust: you don't mind being on the road
  • affinity with retail trends and instore merchandising and communications solutions
