In this role you will collect, process and update data used within the company and support departments like Sales, Procurement and Marketing by doing so. As Data support specialist:

You will be responsible for timely and accurate creation, maintenance, and optimization of various data regarding partners, suppliers and products. In addition you will support in developing an end-to-end pricing process. Your main tasks:

  • You support several departments in the delivery of data, and you keep all data up to date, clean and complete;
  • If data is missing you actively collect information, both internally and externally;
  • You make sure that all data is compliant to company procedures and standards;
  • You perform price calculations in collaboration with the Brand & Product managers;
  • You maintain and control stock prices, and you create monthly stock pricing reports.

The offer

  • Contract for 32, 36 or 40 hours a week.
  • Salary between € 3,000 and € 3,500 gross per month, depending on your experience;

The organization is an expert in the field of loyalty programs and campaigns. The goal is to build a strong relationship between the companies (or brands) and their customers. The organization operates internationally and has about 230 employees, working hard in creating new concepts, ideas, technologies and products. In order to set new standards in loyalty, but mor importantly, to put a smile on every consumers face!

Who are you?

​​For this role we are looking for someone who wants to further develop him- or herself. Someone who sees opportunities and dares to share his or her ideas. Besides it helps if you:

  • Have at least completed a higher professional education degree, HBO (Bachelor) level in for instance business administration;
  • Have an accurate working attitude, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail;
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role;
  • Have great knowledge and experience working with Excel, functional experience with ERP systems (preferably Salesforce);
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have Strong communication skills, you have to communicate with stakeholders from various countries and cultures.
