Responsibilities Project Support/Coordinator (6 months)
The Project Support is responsible for the accurate data entry of the client's briefs/orders into our internal system, supports the Project Manager with admin duties, and updates on the status of projects. The Project Support will liaise with the Project Manager and the client on all existing and forthcoming projects to ensure the client's expectations are met. Within the capacity of the Project Manager, the Project Support will be expected to uphold and develop the client relationship and ensure consistent quality of work is produced and ensure a smooth transition of new processes and procedures.
The Project Support reports all activity each month and provides proactive forecasting to facilitate the planning of upcoming workloads and production resources.

Profile Project Support/Coordinator (6 months)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in the English language, if also fluent in Dutch even better
- You will be highly organised
- You have a keen eye for detail
- Interest and/or experience in CGI (computer generated imagery) is preferred.
