What will you do as Junior Product Designer?
- Design physical consumer products, not UX or digital-only
- Create sketches, draft volume models, 3D CAD files & prototypes
- Develop concepts from idea to production implementation
- Translate user insights into innovative, user-friendly solutions
- Work with brand guidelines and design language systems
- Collaborate closely with engineers, marketing, and UX teams
- Contribute to usability testing, material selection & sustainability goals
- Present your work clearly and convincingly to stakeholders

Who will you be working with?
You’ll join a multidisciplinary design team focused on Personal Health – including Product, UX, Communication Designers and Program Managers. The team is part of a larger Amsterdam hub (100+ people) and a global design community of 450+ colleagues. You’ll work closely with marketing, engineering and business teams to shape the future of the product portfolio, from concept to final specs.

What we are looking for?
- Degree in Product Design / Industrial Design (Bachelor or Master)
- 2–4 years experience designing physical consumer products
- Solid 3D CAD skills (e.g. Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, rendering (e.g. Keyshot)
- Strong conceptual thinking and eye for detail
- Experience with small electronics or stand-alone devices is a plus
- Confident communicator with a strong visual and verbal narrative
- Curious, collaborative, and driven to make an impact
