As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for giving visual identity to innovative loyalty concepts within food retail. You are creatively driven and enjoy participating in creative sessions. You are proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema4D (or similar) and stay up to date with the latest software developments. You have a strong eye for detail, know how to translate creative ideas into a clear visual identity, and are comfortable working within existing brand guidelines.

What are you going to do as Creative Graphic Designer (Freelancer)
As a Graphic Designer you work closely with your colleague Designers. You develop new concepts within food retail together with the Sales and Development team and the Special Projects team.
You are responsible for the design, layout, image processing and the technically correct delivery of files for sales & concept presentations, POS materials, packaging and all other marketing communications. You will bring creative ideas alive by turning them into visual images.
What else:
- Taking design briefs to understand requirements;
- Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts;
- Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines;
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design;
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications.

What do we ask from you as a Creative Graphic Designer (Freelancer)?
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who has experience in the design and layout of a wide range of resources, including POS materials and presentations. And who wants to be part of an international team of ambitious innovators.
What else:
- You have a degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field;
- You have prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects, in a comparable environment or creative agency;
- You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Cinema4D (or similar), Photoshop;
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics;
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions;
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders;
- Your English is on point and you like to work in an international environment!
