Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Support the overall operations of the creative department within a multinational organization.
- Handle specific administrative tasks.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Manage calendars for managers, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
The offer
- 32 hours p/week
- Salary € 3000-3500 gros per month (based on 40 hours p/week)
- Timeframe +/- January 2026 - July 2026
- Secondment via SMS Intermediair
- Extension more than possible!

Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Core skills in clerical work, organization, computer literacy, networking, and communication.
- An engaged and energetic personality, motivated to support and connect with the team.
- A proactive mindset, able to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate effectively.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in delivering high-quality work.
- A genuine interest in working within a creative environment alongside a creative team.
- Any experience or skills in PR and communication are considered a bonus.
- Residence in the Amsterdam region.
